Job Title: Senior Associate – Director, Executive Search (In-House Client Placement) Location: (London, UK) – Mostly remote, circa 25% in-office Contract Type: 1-year contract with potential for permanent placement About Hudson RPO Executive Search Hudson RPO Executive Search is a global executive search practice and a core part of the Hudson RPO Group. One of our longstanding clients, a major global consumer goods company headquartered in the UK, is undergoing an exciting phase of growth. With new product lines and expanding operations, they are seeking senior level talent to help achieve their strategic goals. Hudson RPO Executive Search will be supporting their growth journey, and we are looking for an experienced executive search professional to join the team on a one-year contract (with potential for permanent placement within our search team). Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Executive Search consultant to work directly with the Global Head of Talent, supported by the Hudson RPO Executive Search management team, to engage senior-level stakeholders in The UK and align talent strategies with the organization’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality executive search services, providing consultative support, and ensuring that our client benefits from insights on senior talent markets and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the company’s strategic vision, business needs, and leadership requirements. • Provide consultative advice on organizational structure, leadership development, and succession planning to help meet the company’s growth objectives. • Lead and executed executive search assignments, from role definition and market mapping through to candidate engagement and final selection. • Develop and implement search strategies, including pre-engagement of potential future candidates, market research, and talent mapping. • Collaborate with Hudson RPO’s global Talent Insights and Data teams to provide meaningful insights into the senior talent market and ensure high-level strategic decision-making. • Engage in senior-level candidate assessment, interviews, and evaluations, providing recommendations to stakeholders. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through the delivery of quality searches and by acting as a trusted advisor in the leadership hiring process. • Partner with senior talent leaders to proactively identify and address talent gaps, with a focus on long-term organizational health and leadership sustainability. Key Requirements: Please do not apply without all of the below Experience: • Proven expertise in either the consumer goods or pharma sectors. • Extensive experience leading and executing executive search assignments at a minimum of N-1 level, either in-house or with an executive search agency. • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end search assignments, including comprehensive planning, candidate engagement, and professional-level interview, assessment and report writing. • A successful track record of placing senior-level talent and providing consultative support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals. Personal Abilities: • Ability to understand complex business strategies and translate these into effective talent solutions. • Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders, including executives and key decision-makers. Additional Information • This role is largely remote, with approximately 25% of the time spent in the office. • You will be part of a global team, working alongside senior executives and other top-tier professionals to help shape the leadership structure of a leading global business.
