Looking for a talented Operations Manager who can bring our COO’s strategic vision to life. Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in executing and optimizing projects that align with the company’s growth goals and uphold our unique company culture. Reporting to the COO, you’ll take strategic objectives and translate them into efficient, well-coordinated projects, managing everything from deadline setting and cross-functional team collaboration to hands-on task execution. This role requires a blend of leadership and execution skills, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring high standards, meeting KPIs, and driving projects forward through direct involvement. You’ll need to excel both in oversight and in hands-on contributions, fostering accountability and relentless improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities: • Execute and optimize operational projects aligned with company growth objectives. • Manage and set up KPI systems, feedback loops, and accountability measures. • Oversee cross-functional project timelines, coordinating with global teams. • Utilize Shopify, Google Workspace, and project management tools to streamline operations. • Serve as a cultural ambassador, embedding the company’s values in project teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in operations or project management, within a high-growth D2C e-commerce, tech, or consulting sectors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Skills: • Strong expertise in agile project management and experience with global teams across multiple time zones. • Ability to manage and execute complex projects while ensuring precise adherence to timelines and high standards. • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining KPI systems and feedback loops to drive accountability and transparency. Soft Skills: • Exceptional communicator with a clear, straightforward style that aligns with company’s efficiency-focused, ego-free communication culture. • High adaptability and resilience, thriving in a high-intensity, results-driven environment. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability; willing to take responsibility for outcomes and make decisions under pressure. • Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset, ready to optimize processes and suggest improvements as needed.
