We are a small, forward-thinking, neuroscience-based leadership development firm that
coach VP and C-Suite level talent at global clientele such as Genesys and adidas using
blended programs (Zoom, SharePoint, Synthesia, in-person camps and events). We pride
ourselves on an ethos of innovation and being future ready, so we’re seeking a full-stack
technical developer to work remotely and help us broaden the scope of our digital
capabilities to match AI-driven competitors.
We’re seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer from Argentina or Spain to join our team at
Mind3 remotely and help us design and co-ordinate our future so to be cutting edge. The
key skills we need are:
- AI/ML Integration: Demonstrated experience in integrating artificial
intelligence and machine learning into digital platforms. The ideal candidate
will have a strong understanding of how to leverage AI to create personalized,
data-driven experiences for program participants.
- Data Gathering and Visualization: Expertise in collecting, analysing, and
presenting data in clear, visually interesting ways. Proficiency with tools such as
Tableau, D3.js, or Power BI is highly desirable, as well as experience working
with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL to manage complex data
effectively.
- Front-End & Back-End Development: Proficiency in modern front-end
frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) to build responsive and user-friendly
interfaces, and platforms (Node.js, Django, or Laravel) to develop robust and
scalable systems.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and future-ready.
- Cybersecurity: Expertise in implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity
measures to safeguard sensitive client data. E.g. encryption, secure
authentication, and vulnerability management, ensuring compliance with
international data protection regulations such as GDPR.
Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Spanish is preferred. In fact, the ideal candidate may come from Spain or Argentina (although the job is remote).
