Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Conversion Team Lead to spearhead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role involves crafting data-driven strategies, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing the customer journey to maximize growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, analytics, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and conversion rates.
• Set and monitor performance targets aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, content creation, and backlink building to improve organic search rankings.
• Campaign Management:
• Design and oversee marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost conversions across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Growth & Conversion team to achieve goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Customer Journey Optimization:
• Identify and remove barriers in the customer journey to enhance user experience.
• Test and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
• Present insights and results to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
