As a UI/UX trainer, you will guide students in developing essential skills in user interface and user experience design, from basics to advanced concepts. This role requires an understanding of design principles, proficiency in key tools, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in Tamil. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct comprehensive UI/UX design training sessions in Tamil, focusing on hands-on learning and real-world applications. • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum team to create and update course materials, incorporating the latest industry trends and tools. • Practical Guidance: Lead students through practical exercises, case studies, and project-based learning to build their confidence and... competence in UI/UX design. • Mentorship and Feedback: Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to students, supporting their professional and personal growth. • Industry Updates: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the training program relevant and impactful. Requirements: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. Professional certifications in UI/UX are a plus. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools. • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil (mandatory) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in Tamil. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.
