Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SaaS E-Commerce Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This position emphasizes flexibility and offers the opportunity to engage in occasional onsite meetings and travel. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding new clients through the initial stages of their journey with our platform, ensuring a seamless experience as they navigate data integration, platform features, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and structure onboarding projects into actionable tasks, utilizing specialized tools to monitor progress and communicate updates with clients and team members.
• Deliver in-depth training sessions on platform configuration and usage while addressing customer inquiries and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to effectively meet client needs and resolve any issues.
• Develop detailed scopes for process automation within the platform, troubleshooting completed scripts as necessary to guarantee efficiency.
• Function as a primary liaison for clients throughout the onboarding experience, building relationships and trust from the outset.
• Identify avenues for clients to expand their platform utilization, maximizing the value derived from available features.
• Collect and document client feedback to drive enhancements to our platform and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure thorough completion and tracking of all essential account documentation for streamlined account management.
Required Skills
• Proficient in Excel, including the ability to perform vlookups and handle large datasets.
• Capacity to translate business process requirements into clear development scopes for automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with APIs, XML, JSON, and CSV formats is beneficial.
Qualifications
• Candidates are encouraged to submit a brief video (2-4 minutes) introducing themselves, alongside their resume or cover letter.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding.
• A background of at least 2 years in eCommerce, with specific experience on marketplace platforms like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, or similar, is required.
• Preferred experience with multichannel eCommerce software such as Channel Advisor, Solid Commerce, or similar platforms.
