E-Learning Content Developer –Global Training Team! We’re seeking a Learning Content Developer to collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, developers, and subject matter experts to create and maintain impactful learning materials for global training programs. • Salary : £60k - £65k pa • Location : UK Remote • Contract : 12 months Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain training content (eLearning, ILT, VILT) for diverse audiences worldwide. • Collaborate with E-Learning Content Designers and SMEs to create engaging, accurate, and effective learning assets. • Manage training updates and requests, ensuring alignment with schedules and quality standards. • Track and communicate program changes effectively to stakeholders. • Support additional projects as assigned by leadership. Required Skills: • 2–3 years’ experience in content development using tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong writing skills for instructional text, audio/video scripts, and effective communication. • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities. • Fluency in English (additional languages like Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, or Spanish are a plus). • Proficiency in Google Suite and a collaborative mindset.
