Junior ClickUp Verified Technical Lead

Job description: The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and project management skills to drive the team towards successful project completion. Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Six Sigma/Agile development methodologies. • Previous experience in a remote software consultancy business or similar industry. • Certification in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP). • ClickUp Verified Consultant Bagde Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development/Project Management. • Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies and tools. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
