E-Commerce Processing Specialist (Must Be Able to Show Proof of Experience Processing On PayPal)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our online retail presence, ensuring that our products are effectively showcased and accessible to customers. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of retail operations to drive online sales and enhance customer experience. Duties • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock levels. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to maintain optimal stock availability. • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product promotions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for product demos and promotional campaigns. • Utilize retail math to assess product performance and make informed decisions regarding inventory management. • Implement upselling strategies during online transactions to maximize sales opportunities. • Ensure smooth operation of the POS systems for online transactions, troubleshooting any issues that may arise. • Communicate effectively with team members across departments to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals. Requirements • Previous experience in retail sales or e-commerce environments is preferred. • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members. • Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus but not mandatory. • Ability to perform product demos effectively to enhance customer engagement online. • Understanding of retail math principles related to inventory management and sales forecasting. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
