Job Description Summary The Patient Care Solutions Content and Engagement Creation and Implementation Manager is responsible for the planning and creation (including development and production) of assets and toolkits as well as processing them through systems, delivering them for activation and managing their storage and usage ongoing. Scope of responsibility will deliver content from across solutions segments (NPI and LCM), Care Needs and thought leadership as assigned; with the intention of consistent work to leverage and build expertise and efficiency. Assets include the full range of content delivery tactics including but not limited to websites, search, social, brochures, tech/spec sheets, podcasts, webinars, white papers, sales presentations, etc. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: • Significant integration with Strategy Managers and related marketing teams to define programs and tactical approaches to guide content and asset creation. • Direct and consistent engagement with regions to ensure assets meet their requirements, to support access and usage, and drive analytics/evaluation. • High level of agency management to brief, plan and execute all planning, production and creation including video/photoshoots, asset creation, marcom tool usage, asset delivery and accessibility. • Brand stewardship as well as ownership of approvals, including point person for relationship with Regulatory, Legal, Digital, and other parties critical to properly delivering content and assets. • Responsibility and accountability for ongoing management including cataloging, sourcing, updating, re-approving, and terminating. • Continuous engagement with and ownership of OCE and marketing tools to deliver quality work as well as represent Patient Care Solutions in the advancement of the centrally managed systems. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in related marketing or communications roles. • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or related area. • Digital marketing experience specifically email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing. • Healthcare B2B marketing experience required Desired Characteristics: • Strong at and enjoys both strategy and execution. • Understands how to measure effectiveness of deliverables and adapt for improvements. • Strong story and presentation development skills. • Able to make decisions independently based on thorough understanding and analysis of business objectives. • Knows how to work cross-functionally and identify synergies among teams. • Strong agency management and evaluation capabilities • Experience working in an international environment. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
