Job Description Akkodis is hiring a Remedy Developer for a contract role on a hybrid model. Key Responsibilities • Solution design and development in Remedy ARS • Implementation, testing, and documentation of solutions Technical Requirements • 8+ years of experience with BMC ITSM v9+ • Code review and unit testing expertise • Extensive experience in designing and building custom data-driven solutions • SQL familiarity for solution design and walkthroughs • Unit testing for solutions • Support to stakeholders during validation and testing phases • 4+ years of experience with Remedy integration options (Web Services) • Familiarity with privacy policies and security principles • Leadership in walkthrough sessions with project teams • Script analysis skills (reviewing, analyzing, modifying product installation scripts) • Post-implementation support for resolving technical issues Weighted Experience Points • Code Review and Unit Testing: 20 points • Custom Data-Driven Solutions: 10 points
