Position Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to help us find the best talent across our service offerings. This person is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to WarpDrive requirements. Must demonstrate a history of delivering high-quality professionals at all levels while guiding leaders, interviewers and candidates through the selection process. Advocate for the company brand across numerous markets and professional communities. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with business leaders, interviewers, candidates, and the community-at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Areas of responsibility:
● Confer with business leaders to identify hiring needs, workforce planningstrategies, and search assignments
● Collaborate and assist business leaders to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements
● Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
● Maintain proper procedures in the Applicant Tracking System to track and record all candidates and requisitions
● Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit candidates
● Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
● Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
● Prescreens candidates. Create and present pre-screening questions to interviewers and business leaders for collaboration and approval
● Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
● Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
● Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the business leaders and within the guidelines of WarpDrive’s compensation philosophy and policy
● Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interviewer’s interactions, and other recruiting activities in compliance with company standards
● Work cooperatively with all employees of WarpDrive to develop and implement staffing plans and activities
● Provide active support in other people's team initiatives
● Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey in partnership with other employees
● Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and onboarding

● Experience of proven end-to-end IT Talent Acquisition activities
● Experience in hiring wide spread of skills is a significant advantage
● Experience in talent acquisition within/for companies leading in Digital Business Transformation, Consulting and Technology
● Knowledge, insight and data-driven approach to talent acquisition
● Experience in using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools/methods
● Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
● Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions for multi-domains.
● Understanding of the salesforce ecosystem
