Senior Project Manager (Fully Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (ERP) to lead and oversee end-to-end implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex ERP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, technical staff, and vendors, to define project objectives and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and contingency strategies. • Monitor project progress, resolving issues, and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. • Drive stakeholder engagement, providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and industry best practices. • Facilitate user training, system testing, and post-implementation support to maximize system effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration challenges. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
