Responsibilities The Lead Analyst, Consumer Experience Insights will provide analytics support through tracking and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from the customer experience insights program and operational data, to derive meaningful insights that will be used to highlight service excellence and drive focus of improvement efforts. The work involves performing advanced analytics and statistical analyses, data synthesis, data visualizations, insights generation and more. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, will develop measurement and reporting frameworks, and will build a toolkit of resources that can be leveraged when analyzing consumer experience data. This role will also work collaboratively across teams and the enterprise to gather data relevant to the consumer experience, including business/operational metrics, such that when the data is woven together it tells a more complete story. Responsibilities: • Define project scope and data needs, including assessment of technical feasibility of potential data solutions. • Collect, manage, and merge data from multiple sources, including survey, qualitative, and secondary data. • Communicate highly technical information in simplified ways to numerous audiences, including senior management and less experienced staff, to drive business decisions. • Extract consumable, meaningful, actionable experience insights; create dashboards and reports. • Identify themes, trends, and correlations across data sources/data points and tell the story with compelling data visualizations. • Analyze complex business and competitive issues and discern the implications for systems support. • Partner with functional and data teams to ensure consistency and optimization of the overall work product. Suggest solutions, improvements, and efficiencies in data quality and management. • Assume a proactive role in driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals to deliver value. • Provide support and education to others on how to access reports and interpret the data. Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Education: • A degree in Business Analytics, Business Information Management, Market Research, or Data Science is preferred Work Experience: • 4 years of experience is preferred Key Attributes: • Experience with customer experience data • Critical thinker who applies a business lens to analyses • Strong analytical skills • Proven track record in data analytics using survey and operational data • Comfort and experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets coupled with the ability to summarize and visualize business insights for executive audiences • Demonstrated experience using statistical, analytics and data visualization software such as: SPSS, R, Qualtrics, Excel, Tableau • Ability to identify ongoing or emerging themes, trends, and correlations across data sources/data points and tell the story through tight slide decks with compelling data visualizations • Ability to analyze open ended data, interpret findings, and create useful recommendations • Strong data storytelling skills • Innovative mindset #LI Remote #AscensionCXjobs Why Join Our Team Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
