Chart Auditor, PH Nurses

Description: • ISTA Solutions is seeking experienced PHRN or RN Chart Auditors for a remote role. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient care documentation to ensure compliance. • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation, identify discrepancies. • Collaborate with clinical teams to rectify issues and guide on best practices. • Maintain understanding of regulations and assist in educational program development. • Generate reports summarizing audit findings and participate in quality improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends related to prehospital patient care documentation.
