• Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee ecommerce operations and marketing strategies, with a strong focus on the US market.
• This role is instrumental in enhancing brand identity, optimizing digital presence, and driving significant growth in sales and customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, including ad campaign management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation.
• You will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives, launching innovative campaigns, and introducing new products and programs tailored to the US market to achieve business goals.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Shopify operations, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Build and optimize product pages, landing pages, and funnels for mobile responsiveness and conversion.
• Ensure consistent and premium brand representation across all website and product pages.
• Enhance website SEO through on-page and off-page optimization technique.
• Lead and execute META ads strategy, launching a minimum of 25 new ad variations weekly.
• Develop and test various offers on META ads (e.g., bundles, price points, and value propositions).
• Create engaging ad concepts, angles, and copy tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the email marketing team for cohesive multi-channel campaigns to improve retention.
• Partner with the Social Media Manager to ensure unified messaging across platforms.
• Coordinate with influencers and the social media team to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to refine website content and ad campaigns.
• Plan and execute engaging challenge programs, including virtual events and themed challenges to foster global participation and community engagement.
• Support the release of new product launches.
• Plan initiatives such as digital training programs designed to encourage repeat purchases from existing customers while also serving as an acquisition channel for new customers.
• Continuously analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve website CRO.
• A/B test landing pages, ads, and product pages to maximize performance.
• Manage the creation of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and supporting materials, in collaboration with the broader team.
• Leverage basic to intermediate graphic design skills to assist with ad creatives, banners, and other visual assets.
• Take ownership of execution while collaborating with leadership for direction and feedback.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, ideally in a Shopify environment.
• Deep understanding of the US health and fitness market.
• Proven expertise in META ads management, including creative testing and optimization.
• Strong track record of driving ecommerce growth through CRO, SEO, and marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with building product pages, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and targeted campaigns.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Experience working with influencers and managing social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• "Ecommerce savvy" with a keen understanding of the digital landscape.
