Why this role exists
This position is essential for supporting the company's content and merchandising initiatives, particularly the Weekly Digest development. Working directly with the Editorial team, this role ensures seamless integration of product content while maintaining the high standards expected in luxury e-commerce presentation.
The Impact you’ll make
Editorial & Content Management
• Partner with Editorial team to develop and publish weekly Digest
• Upload Trunkshow content as needed
• Maintain evergreen editorial curations
• Add new arrivals weekly
Website Management
• Develop and execute marketing campaign content
• Manage homepage content scheduling
• Create editorial landing pages
• Update site navigation
Performance Tracking
• Report on campaign performance
• Monitor KPIs across web pages
• Identify A/B testing opportunities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• 1+ year experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in meeting deadlines consistently
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Nice to Have
• Degree in fashion, design, or fine arts
• Background in photography or the arts
• Experience supporting e-commerce or retail companies
• Familiarity with ZenDesk CRM platform
• Experience with data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Tech-savvy mindset with ability to adapt to various platforms
• Fashion industry knowledge or strong interest

What to expect...
Work Setup:
• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• 30 hours per week - *potential to increase to 40 hours per week
Compensation:
• $5 per hour
