Role Overview As a Virtual Stager / Digital Styler, you will play a critical role in digitally furnishing and styling real estate interiors to bring properties to life. This role emphasizes virtual staging using photo matching techniques rather than full 3D modeling. Your work will transform empty or unfurnished property images into inviting, market-ready spaces that resonate with potential buyers. We are seeking a creative, communicative, and quick-learning individual who excels in interior design and has a strong eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in 3ds Max and written and verbal English communication is essential for collaborating with clients and team members effectively. This is an on-site position based in our office in Legaspi Village, Makati City. Key Responsibilities • Virtual Staging and Photo Matching: Specialize in virtual staging, utilizing photo matching techniques to integrate digital furniture and décor seamlessly into real estate images. • Interior-Focused Design: Prioritize designing realistic, stylish interiors, as the majority of work involves interior images rather than exteriors. • Client-Centric Design: Understand client requirements and create designs tailored to their preferences and target markets. • Realistic Renderings: Ensure furniture, textures, lighting, and color schemes look highly realistic and cohesive within the property images. • Trend Integration: Stay informed about interior design trends to produce modern, competitive designs that align with market expectations. • Revisions and Feedback: Collaborate with clients and the QA team to refine designs and implement feedback promptly. • Efficient Workflow: Deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines while maintaining Layout Nordic’s exceptional quality standards. Skills and Qualifications • Software Expertise: Proficiency in 3ds Max (required) and Adobe Photoshop for digital staging and editing. • Interior Design Focus: Strong understanding of interior design principles, including furniture placement, color theory, and spatial planning. • Virtual Staging Specialist: Expertise in virtual staging and photo matching techniques is essential, as this is the primary focus of the role. • English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. • Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to create visually appealing and on-trend interiors while quickly adapting to new tools and workflows. • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to integrating digital elements seamlessly into real estate images. • Quick Learner: Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new design techniques, tools, and trends. Preferred Qualifications • Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Experience in virtual staging, real estate visualization, or related fields. • Familiarity with Scandinavian interior design trends and other global styles.
