Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales platforms, ensuring an engaging customer experience while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, project management skills, and a passion for e-commerce. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to enhance online visibility and sales performance. • Manage product listings, including copywriting and optimisation for search engines (SEO). • Oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of initiatives. • Analyse website traffic and sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions for continuous improvement. • Maintain an organised approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Provide leadership in e-commerce best practices, ensuring the team is aligned with industry standards. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments. Requirements • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field. • Strong marketing skills with a focus on B2B strategies. • Excellent project management abilities, demonstrating organisational skills in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in copywriting with the ability to create compelling product descriptions that drive conversions. • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is advantageous. • Experience with Google Ads and social media management tools is preferred. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within the team.
