This multifaceted role combines the responsibilities of business development, inside sales, and pre-sales activities to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, industry events, networking, and databases.
• Initiate contact with leads via cold calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Pre-Sales Activities
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored IT solutions and create compelling proposals.
• Prepare and deliver product or service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Respond to client queries, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
Sales & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue while meeting client needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell IT services to existing clients, driving additional business.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and achieved KPIs to management.
Performance Metrics
• Number of qualified leads generated per month.
• Conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
• Monthly revenue achieved versus targets.
• Client retention and satisfaction scores.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales in the IT/technology sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IT services, such as web development, SEO, digital marketing, or software development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
