About E&S Advisory Team
The Education and Skill Development practice of KPMG in India comprise a team of experience professional who deliver forward-looking advisory services across the spectrum such as K-12 education including early childhood care and education (ECCE), foundation literacy and numeracy skills, technical and vocational education, and training (TVET), higher education, education technology and supplementary education. The team has delivered multiple engagement in the past catering to a wide range of clients from the central and state governments, regulators, public and private educational institutions, corporates, not for profit organizations etc.
The team has worked on the ground across Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa – apart from India.
Job Summary
The E-Learning Design Analyst will specialize in creating high-quality, interactive, and engaging e-learning content using e-learning software like:
Synthesia and Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). This role is centered on designing digital learning materials, video-based tutorials, and interactive modules using e-learning software. The ideal candidate will be proficient in instructional design, with a strong focus on utilizing these specific software tools to create learner-centered experiences that enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Learning Content Creation:
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 or other similar software, ensuring that content is interactive, visually appealing, and aligned with pre-decided learning objectives.
• Create AI-generated video content using Synthesia or other similar software to develop high-quality instructional videos, integrating them into e-learning platforms.
• Apply adult learning principles to design learner-centered content that promotes active participation, knowledge retention, and skill acquisition; incorporate various instructional strategies, such as scenario[1]based learning, gamification, and interactive elements, to enhance learner engagement and interactivity.
• Develop multimedia-rich learning experiences, incorporating audio, video, simulations, and animations.
• Integrate interactive elements such as quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning into Articulate Storyline modules.
• Customize learning experiences based on learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve the content.
2. Collaborating with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to gather project requirements and ensure that client expectations for learning solutions are understood and met.
