Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Revenue and Sales Operations to lead and optimize all revenue-generating activities across our clinics, call center, and eCommerce channels. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning sales strategies with marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth, seamless client experiences, and operational excellence.

Key Initiatives:
• Revenue Leadership: Create a true sales culture to oversee and manage all revenue streams, including clinic sales, eCommerce, and call center performance, driving consistent growth and profitability.
• Sales Team Management: Lead, coach, and inspire the sales strategy through the sales director to assure the sales staff across clinics are ensuring high performance and adherence to company values.
• Call Center Operations: Manage the call center strategy through the call center manager to optimize call center agent capacity and client engagement, booking conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• eCommerce Strategy: Oversee eCommerce sales strategies and execution, collaborating with marketing to enhance online sales performance.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, brand messaging, and lead-generation efforts.
• Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to upskill sales teams, call centre teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and cultivate future leaders.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics across all revenue streams, using data to inform strategies and report on progress to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimize global sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Standardize CRM tools and processes across all regions, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Manage territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation frameworks for global teams.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify and address performance gaps, process inefficiencies, and market opportunities.
• Oversee sales enablement initiatives, including training, content creation, and tool adoption.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, presenting insights and recommendations to drive global sales success.
Qualifications and Skills
• 8+ years of proven leadership experience in a senior sales or revenue-focused role, preferably in call center management, multi-unit retail, or eCommerce environments.
• Strong background in sales strategy development, team leadership, and coaching.
• Exceptional ability to align cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing call center operations and driving revenue growth.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail healthcare is an advantage

Salary: $150,000-175,000
Additional Pay: Bonus + Commission
