About The Role
We are looking for a Partner Manager to help expand and manage our partner ecosystem in Poland. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in tech or ecommerce, particularly in the Martech space. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing partners while contributing to the acquisition of new ones.
This remote position is based in Poland, offering a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a tangible impact on our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Expanding and managing a substantial share of our partner base in Poland, including ecommerce agencies, software houses, and online marketing companies.
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Partnerships, Marketing Manager, and the Polish team to deliver value propositions for partners through sales enablement, co-marketing activities, and more.
• Driving qualified business with and for our partners into mutual pipelines to achieve the annual quota of partner-generated opportunities.
• Participating in relevant events and conferences to build and maintain strong relationships with partners in Poland.
• Monitoring partner performance and ensuring customer satisfaction during the implementation process.
• Evaluating competitors’ activities, particularly regarding partnership strategies.
• Identifying mutual customer segments and industry verticals for joint value propositions.
What You’ll Need
• 3+ years of experience in tech or ecommerce, ideally within Martech solutions such as CDPs or platforms like Edrone, GetResponse, or SalesManago.
• Fluent English for internal communication and native-level Polish.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience in account or partner management.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot is a plus.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude with a readiness to start as soon as possible.
Nice to Have
• Experience with co-marketing activities, webinars, and training sessions.
• A track record of successfully growing partner channels in the Polish market.
