I’m a serial entrepreneur with a history of building successful companies. Now, I’m diving into the exhilarating phase of finding product-market fit for this new venture, and things are moving fast.
About the Role:
This isn’t just another job; it’s a chance to build something massive from the ground up. I’m looking for a Marketing Wizard and All-Around Right-Hand to work directly with me—someone who doesn’t just execute but also thinks, strategizes, and is ready to tackle any challenge that comes our way.
We’ll be doing a lot together—not just marketing. You’ll assist me with all sorts of tasks, big and small. From figuring out tech platforms to brainstorming the next big idea, you’ll be my go-to person for making things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Strategic Sidekick:
• Brainstorm and strategize with me on big ideas.
• Dive into market research to spot trends and opportunities.
• Be ready to tackle all kinds of challenges and questions that pop up.
• Marketing Magic:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that make us stand out.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
• Enhance our personal branding efforts—you’ll play a key role here.
• Project Juggling:
• Keep us organized with tools like Trello, ClickUp, or whatever gets the job done.
• Find, hire, and manage freelancers when we need extra hands.
• Build and maintain SOPs in Notion—keeping us efficient and scalable.
• Content Creation Guru:
• Assist with copywriting and editing for marketing materials.
• Use Figma for basic design tasks and collaborate on visuals.
• Help create engaging content—both short-form and long-form.
• Tech & Learning Enthusiast:
• Be my go-to person for figuring out tech platforms and solving tech challenges.
• Stay ahead of the curve by learning, reading, and researching the latest in marketing and tech.
• Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools at an advanced level for content and ideas.
• All-Around Problem Solver:
• Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s organizing, planning, or putting out fires.
• Assist me with various important tasks that come up as we grow.
• Be flexible and ready to wear multiple hats.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Join me on daily video calls (camera on!) to strategize and stay in sync.
• Keep the communication flowing via Slack and other tools.
• Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.
Who You Are:
• Entrepreneurial Spirit:
• You think like an owner and are excited about building something big.
• Ready to figure things out, even when there’s no roadmap.
• Skills & Experience:
• Experience in digital marketing and online project management.
• Familiar with Russell Brunson’s marketing methods? Huge plus.
• Understand traffic generation, landing pages, copywriting, and basic design principles.
• Comfortable with marketing tools—social media schedulers, email marketing software, etc.
• Proficient in Figma, Slack, Trello (or similar), and Notion.
• Advanced user of ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
• Excellent research skills and a passion for continuous learning.
• Fluent in English—both written and spoken.
• Soft Skills:
• Highly organized and can manage projects like a pro.
• Positive, energetic, and bring good vibes to the team.
• Proactive and able to work independently, especially in a remote setup.
• Flexible and adaptable—things change fast around here.
• You take ownership of your work and are committed to excellence.
• Ready to dive in six days a week.
