JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Lead, Communications the Communications Associate (Art and Design) shall lead the graphic designing work for the various projects in India. We look forward to welcoming onboard an appropriate professional, who besides having in-depth knowledge in graphic design should also be able to understand our business and share the purpose we stand for. Key Job Responsibilities: • Ensure strict adherence to branding guidelines as the custodian of the brand. • Identify and address gaps to strengthen the visual brand image and consistency. • Suggest ways to utilize designed assets more effectively across platforms. • Stay updated on social media trends and the visual communication strategies of peers. • Conceptualize, design, and create social media posts with a content partner. • Design branding and collaterals for online and on-ground events. • Create design and print layouts for reports, brochures, newsletters, standees, and any other assets as per brand guidelines. • Update website UI regularly in collaboration with a content partner and web agency • Create, format, visually strengthen, and design impactful PowerPoint presentations. • Develop audio-visual content, such as videos, as and when required. 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES: Qualifications BFA / B Des graduate Experience • Minimum two years of experience in the design space. • A good flair is expected in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator • In-depth knowledge of graphic design • Knowledge of video editing and animation will carry extra weight Skills and Competencies • Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software • Exceptional creativity and innovation • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment • Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines 5. COMPENSATION OFFERED: The gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history. 6. NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT: Part time/ Full time The selected candidate shall be offered a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension, based on the continued availability of funding and performance. 7.
