About the Role: Ginger Hill is a Nashville-based studio helping e-commerce brands grow through strategic web design, branding, and retention marketing. We’re looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the dynamic world of e-commerce and loves working with Shopify and Klaviyo. What You’ll Do: Assist with updates on clients' Shopify websites, ensuring they’re always looking their best and functioning flawlessly. Design and schedule Klaviyo emails that drive engagement and revenue. Support with product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing site optimizations. Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing team to execute high-quality work across various client projects. About You: You have a deep understanding of Shopify and Klaviyo and experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Coding skills are not required, but familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus. You have a knack for good design and understand how to make things look polished and on-brand. You’re a great communicator and can work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative environment. Details: Contract role: 5-10 hours per week, with room to grow. Flexible, remote work environment. Competitive hourly rate ($35-$60+ per hour) based on experience.
