Job Description : • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are fully addressed and to gather feedback on their experience with our company. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Obey the leadership and management, be friendly.
