e-Qualitas is a well-established and thriving provider of Initial Teacher Training. This year, we have experienced significant growth by building strong partnerships with educational settings. As we prepare for the next cohort of the EYTS programme, starting in late January 2025, we are recruiting an experienced Early Years Tutor to join our dedicated team. About the Programme The e-Qualitas EYTS programme is a fully online course, designed to support aspiring early years professionals to achieve Early Years Teacher Status. As a member of our tutor team, you will have a crucial role in guiding our trainees on their journey. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated professional to join us as an employed member of the early years tutor team. The ideal candidate will have: • A relevant degree • Current experience working with the EYFS • Familiarity with Microsoft Office • Experience supporting or mentoring adult learners To Apply Please only apply if you have recent and relevant EYFS experience. Key Responsibilities • Providing support to a group of trainees and working closely with Key Colleagues to ensure trainees apply their learning effectively. • Delivering training, workshops, and tutorials online via Teams. • Monitoring and tracking trainee progress through Moodle. • Collaborating with school/setting Key Colleagues to support trainees’ professional development. • Maintaining strong communication with partnership schools and settings. • Contributing to a team of tutors committed to delivering high-quality training. Essential Skills and Experience • Current EYFS teaching experience in a school or early years setting. • An Early Years qualification or specialism. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to independently prioritise workload. • Confidence in delivering online training and workshops. • Experience supporting adult learners. • Excellent attention to detail for administrative tasks. • Flexibility to travel to schools/settings as required. • Proximity to London. Desirable Skills and Qualifications • Knowledge of supporting SEND in the Early Years. • Experience working with trainee teachers. • EYPS or EYTS qualification.
