As a language-enabled OSINT analyst, you use your specialized technical expertise, briefing skills, curiosity, and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security and inform our nation’s leaders. As a language-enabled OSINT analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand complex technical and operational changes in given regions. Using your understanding of various foreign language and OSINT collection and analysis, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for the internal client, IC-wide customers, and senior policy makers. As the authority in your language and region of interest, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in key structured analytic techniques, language, and data science and share your methodologies with other analysts. You Have: • 8+ years of experience with open-source intelligence analysis • Knowledge of open-source tools, tradecraft, methodologies, and policies to conduct research, collection, and analysis • Knowledge of advanced internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and resource validation • Knowledge of all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206 • Ability to show a score of 3 or higher on the DLPT or ILR scale in the Farsi language • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam • Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: • 12+ years of experience with open-source intelligence analysis • Experience supporting CCMD or component organizations, including as an intelligence analyst • Experience providing intelligence support to cyber operations • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership • Master’s degree • Completion of an Open-Source Intelligence Course Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
