• Respond to customer emails and messages with professionalism and empathy using our helpdesk platform (e.g., Gorgias or similar).
• Handle common e-commerce inquiries such as order status, returns, exchanges, product questions, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex concerns to internal team members and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments and direct messages on social platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram).
• Tag, route, or escalate inquiries requiring more technical support or action.
• Keep track of common inquiries and report patterns or frequent issues.
• Support light back-end tasks related to order fulfillment, returns, and FAQs.
