Experience: Freshers & Experienced (Min. 12th Pass)
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle customer support via live chat, with occasional voice support
• Resolve order-related concerns, respond with empathy, and escalate where needed
• Stay composed under pressure — especially during high-volume hours
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal tools
• Deliver service within promised timelines and support SLAs
Work Schedule
• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational weekly offs
• Daily duration: 10.5 hours (including breaks)
• Rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays
Salary Breakdown
For Freshers:
• ₹12,455/month in-hand (CTC ₹1,79,447 annually)
• Without PF account: ₹15,383/month (same CTC)
For Experienced:
• ₹15,400/month in-hand (CTC ₹2,09,447 annually)
• Must provide offer/experience letter + last month’s salary slip
• Salary paid on the last working day of each month
