Requirements: • Enthusiasm for "creative" language projects, beyond standard translation. • Clear understanding of transcreation and how it differs from translation. • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in transcreation (ideally 5+). • Proven experience – not just providing transcreation as a "bolt-on" service. • Ability to provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects. • Experience in copywriting is a positive sign. • Willingness and ability to participate in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English.
