Role Description We are looking for a contract Ecommerce Associate to help maintain and enhance the customer experience on our hybrid telehealth/ecommerce platform. In this role, you’ll support the execution and continuous improvement of our product content and site experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand and drives engagement. • Create and update content and copy for products across the site, ensuring information is standardized, accurate, current, and presented in a brand-appropriate and engaging way • Partner with SEO agency to manage blog upload process • Collaborate with the Ops team to take over product upsell opportunities, AB testing and catalog management functionality • Support eCommerce team to launch promotions, special campaigns, and other marketing initiatives • Monitor and report on weekly site search data to identify trends, gaps, and o ...
