Description: • Manage and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) from school districts during the E-Rate bidding season. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all E-Rate related documentation. • Support the sales team on customer opportunities within the E-Rate vertical. • Assist with proposal writing for E-Rate eligible projects. • Gain a deep understanding of Vero's pricing model. • Develop knowledge of costs associated with building fiber networks in our target markets. • Manage the embedded customer base, including renewals and funding approvals every year. • Assist customers with the E-Rate application and compliance process. • Conduct yearly service reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. • Demonstrate proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines and billing/funding information.
