General Description: Responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of eLearning courses. This position will work closely with our Subject Matter Experts to conduct training needs analysis and work with them through the design and development process. Responsibilities: • Analyze and organize content to design storyboards and scripts to be developed in Articulate Storyline or Rise. • Write effective learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness. • Additionally, this role will be analyzing learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts to provide input for course content ensuring course materials are current and relevant to training needs. • Design and develop learning solutions for both new hire and existing employees to support role-based organizational needs. • Uses a disciplined instructional design approach to create meaningful, memorable learning experiences. • Select appropriate learning activities and m ...
