## What will you be bringing to the team?

📍Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources including but not limited to data from ATS, HRIS, employee surveys and other sources
📍Develop and maintain regular HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics)
📍Partner with stakeholders to identify KPIs and measure ad hoc the impact of strategy initiatives or business cases
📍Analyze data and provide statistics for trends and patterns with attention to rewards, recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover and culture
📍Contribute to HR data governance and quality improvement efforts
📍Support automation of reporting processes and improve data workflows
