• Responsible for managing daily conversations on social media
• Engaging in esports campaigns and sponsorships
• Proficient in social media community management
• Identify organic interactions and protect brand reputation
• Flexible work hours needed due to nature of social media
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in community management is preferred
• Additional experience in managing online communities and forums in the gaming space or social media industry is a plus
• Livestream moderation experience with a proven ability to manage and engage with players in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools
• Being adept at Sprinklr is a significant plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (a combination of nights, weekends, and holidays)
