E-Commerce operations specialist (Remote, high commission) We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven E-commerce operations specialist. to join our team on a freelance basis. This role plays a critical part in expanding South Korea’s eCommerce Service Team. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Wal-Mart, Shopee, etc.). Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. • Monitor and process online orders efficiently. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
