Business & Admin Liaison Assistant – Virtual Role (Australian Client)
We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our Australian client with admin operations and business coordination. This role combines general administration, bookkeeping, and day-to-day liaison with teams, vendors, and customers. Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience in admin support and business communication
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes, payroll, and invoicing
• Can communicate confidently and clearly with teams, vendors, and customers
• Comfortable handling both customer-facing and backend admin tasks
• Proactive, resourceful, and open to learning through online training
