Our team of branded merchandise professionals partners with enterprise-level companies to design and brand merchandise at scale, while managing complex seasonal and long-term e-commerce stores, fulfillment and kitting projects, uniform and award programs, and large-volume retail initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Enterprise Technical Admin to provide administrative support across various functions within our enterprise team. This role will primarily focus on managing e-commerce communications, troubleshooting customer service issues, maintaining system updates (Shopify, Liftoff, etc.), and ensuring smooth daily operations.
