The primary responsibility of the Contract Manager is to coordinate and oversee operational activities with the assigned contract in the JPS hub and relevant branches. The role focuses on supporting with improving and maintaining service levels across these branches, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Contract Manager will support and service customers by also visiting Jewson branch locations where involved with JPS contracts to help support the relevant JPS colleague with operational aspects on their account i.e. GM, BM, PAM.
