JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the organization’s Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. • Ensures that there are processes in place to monitor and measure all activities related to QAPI. • Provides direction and coordination of quality improvement activities utilizing continuous quality improvement principles and methodologies. • Coordinates activities related to clinical record review for data collection. • Compiles, trends and reports quality data in the following areas: patient care, safety, risk management, infection control, outcomes, and customer satisfaction. • Works collaboratively with other QA/QAPI personnel to assure documentation is complete and consistent with care and reflects legal requirements. • Establishes a process model for improvement and provides education and training to organization personnel on the QAPI plan, and team development. 2. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect for new sales opportunities through outreach to designers, wellness spaces, retreat centres, and potential partners locally and internationally. • Manage all inbound sales conversations through WhatsApp, social platforms, email, phone calls, video calls and CRM (Odoo) to proactively close sales for both individual and business clients. • Qualify leads quickly, send quotations promptly (within 2 working hours), and close sales confidently. • Update CRM daily with client statuses & details, next action steps, and engagement notes & take ownership of the sales process. • Execute structured 7–10 step follow-up strategies on open opportunities (calls, WhatsApp, email). • Issue invoices to clients • Work closely with the Customer Success team to train and close upsell opportunities that lead to repeat sales and referrals. • Coordinate with the Operations Team after closing a sale to ensure a smooth handover of client information and next steps. • Represent th ...
