Job description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team to handle the day-to-day pricing operations. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have good English communication skills, have basic knowledge of car parts, have previous customer service and call center experience.
Your role as a spare parts interpreter will have you working directly with the Sales team at the Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane offices.
Our sales manager will train you to handle all quotes and orders and will be required to work unsupervised and independently when possible.
Duties and responsibilities
• Provide quotations for customers through our in-house program.
• Cross-check existing quotes and orders with our sales program to ensure the correct car part is selected before submitting.
• Ensures work is delivered within the time frame and agreed service level.
• Communicate with our Melbourne sales team daily.
