    We are looking for German speaking Sales Agents in the E-commerce space - Remote Position Details: • Location: Home office (reporting to Europe) • Work Schedule: Initially Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week), shifts from 12:00 AM - 09:00 PM or 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM Namibia time zone. Flexible schedules and 8 flexible days off per month. • Vacation: 20 working days/year • Sick Leave: 10 working days/year • Contract: Internal labor contract (non-official) • Education: Not required • Experience: Not required • Languages: German (fluent B2-C1) • Knowledge: Sales and call center experience preferred but not required.
