Job Description:
· Responsible to assist in the daily operations and management of all online platforms (such as Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Zalora) to ensure optimal performance across key aspects, including but not limited to order, product listing, inventory, promotion, campaign and store content.
· Support order management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
· Handle customer enquiries, disputes and reviews of all online platforms in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain store key performance indicators (KPIs) and uphold brand perception.
· Process customer return requests in a timely and accurate manner in alignment with the company’s policies and procedures, including careful inspection of returned items for condition, eligibility and accuracy.
