You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and other key social platforms to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) focused on lead generation. Run complementary campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. Define goals, budgets, placements, and formats to maximize performance. • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bids based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
