We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our Back-office team in Europe. The role involves setting up and managing the Open Home Foundation's official merchandise store, overseeing product data, inventory syncs, and fulfillment settings, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on physical product sales
• Experience working with and managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, including inventory management, shipping coordination, and performance monitoring
• Professional Fluency in English
• European Residency: You must be currently based and eligible to work within Europe
