Overview Olio Piro is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Coordinator with proven experience in Shopify, Recharge, and subscription-based online sales. This role focuses on running and optimizing our e-commerce operations with a strong emphasis on growing and retaining subscribers. You’ll own the day-to-day execution for our online store and subscription program, manage campaigns built with agency-provided creative, monitor site performance, and coordinate with external partners for creative production, SEO, and advertising. Key Responsibilities Shopify & Recharge Management • Maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. • Ensure site functionality, apply upgrades and modifications, and update homepage banners and seasonal campaigns. • Manage shipping settings in Shopify. • Set up and maintain subscription products in Recharge, monitoring churn, renewals, and sign-up trends. • Troubleshoot and resolve subscription or marketplace-related customer issues.
