CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR INSURANCE & UNEMPLOYMENT FRAUD DIVISION CRIMINAL BUREAU The Attorney General’s Office is looking for a highly motivated individual of integrity and commitment to public service to serve as a Criminal Investigator to support the work of the Insurance & Unemployment Fraud Division located within the Criminal Bureau. The Insurance & Unemployment Fraud Division investigates and prosecutes complex insurance and unemployment fraud cases, including violations of M.G.L. c. 152, M.G.L. c. 151A, and M.G.L. c. 175H, and other illegal activity, such as larceny, conspiracy, and money laundering. The Division is staffed by a group of experienced prosecutors and financial investigators who partner with Massachusetts State Police troopers assigned to the Attorney General’s Office, and local, state, and federal investigative and enforcement agencies.
