Day to day, you are there to support our high performing processing team who are responsible for parcel sorting at our Syd Bradley Road Processing Centre.
You'll engage and support the team by communicating and setting objectives.
The Support Lead is also responsible for ensuring NZ Post's parcel and mail product is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
This includes meeting consistently high service standards through effective management of parcel flow and continuous improvement.
You'll also manage the accurate and timely capture of data ensuring all systems are updated as per operational requirements.
